All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend“

„We had a quick and comfortable stay in The Hen House. We aren't crafters but it would be a great set up for a crafting group get away. The beds were comfortable, the house super clean, the kitchen big and stocked with equipment, and communication with the owner could not have been better. There is a cute firepit out back that we didn't have a chance to use due to rain but the setting is among lovely farm land. We would stay again.“

„It was perfect for our family reunion. We had a gathering on Thursday evening… a memorial time for 2 members of the family who passed away earlier this year. And a pot luck on Sunday with many of the family attending. The 3 car garage was great, as the weather was a bit windy & cool, especially, on Thursday evening, so we had to close the garage door. „Just keep in mind that the property is very old and so are all the appliances and furniture. When I say old, I mean clawfoot bathtub old. It’s not bad- they all seem to work fine- I just wasn’t expecting that based on the pictures. The house is also set up pretty weird and there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Other than that, can’t complain. The place is very clean.
