„Lovely stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time there. We were upgraded to the grace and savour rooms. Wonderful ! Very warm when it was freezing outside. Barman Ollie was incredibly friendly and informative . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bar! “

„The manor House was amazing. We wanted to just relax. The facilities available were in great condition the spa was relaxing the food was beautifully presented and delicious and the stuff were kind helpful and happy. We will definitely recommend it will be going back. Thank you. “

„Cute room comfy bed but quite noisy. The pipes banged all night long, both nights. We didn’t ask to change rooms as it would have meant packing everything up again, so we just used earplugs instead. Our room was also right next to the pub stairs, behind a noise-cancelling door, which meant we could clearly hear people coming through and up to their rooms late at night. Although parking is advertised, it’s very limited and also for the pub and restaurant customers. both nights we had to find ...

„Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “
