Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. “

We stayed here with family and friends and watched our boys play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the park. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C!
