Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I was physically bullied out of this hotel by the housekeeping manager, and the assistant manager. I was in the process of fleeing a volatile domestic violence situation, I was unprepared for being told that I could not renew my reservation (as I had had no issues nor had anyone complained or spoken to me about any violation of hotel policies, etc) , I was never provided a reason I could not renew, and I was late checking out as I had plans to stay another week and anticipated no issues. These two women intimidated me and harass me to the point where I believe to contact the police to have them escort me out of the hotel because I didn’t want any problems. Also, several amenities were unavailable. The pool was closed and they charge seven dollars to wash your laundry and seven dollars to dry your laundry in a machine the size of a chipmunk hole. The price is set by the hotel owners and is absolutely price gouging and taking advantage of travelers the room was mediocre at best for the price breakfast or lack there of was unacceptable and they didn’t even provide an in room safe not to mention when I came back from the laundry room, someone had clearly been in my room as the door was a jar. It was after reporting this that I was told I could not extend my stay until I could find other accommodations. Stay away.
