Step inside this classic Cape Cod home and discover a warm, inviting interior full of New England charm. The main floor features a spacious primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, an en-suite bath, and a sunlit sunroom nook with skylights, perfect as a reading corner or workspace. French doors open from the primary suite to a private deck with teak sectional seating. The in-unit laundry (full-size front-load washer and dryer) is conveniently located in the primary bedroom closet area.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is a cook's delight, with quartz countertops, white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, and a 5-burner gas range with double oven. A Keurig single-serve brewer, pour-over coffee maker, and drip coffee maker are all ready for your morning routine. The dining area seats 6 at the oval table and opens through French doors onto the back deck with views of the wooded hillside.
Two comfortable living room seating areas provide plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. Enjoy a movie night on the TV with Roku streaming and standard cable, or settle in with the collection of board games.
Upstairs, three more bedrooms await: a queen bedroom with soft gray-blue walls and original hardwood floors, a charming twin bedroom with a peaked vaulted ceiling (perfect for kids), and a queen suite with an exposed brick chimney wall, sitting area with its own TV, and en-suite bathroom.
Step outside to the composite back deck with the covered 6-burner propane grill, perfect for cookouts surrounded by mature Vermont hardwoods.
Explore the property and feast on the blackberries in summer, raid the tomato garden in the late summer and early fall, and pick the wild fall apples for munching or baking. Hair dryers are located in each of the 3 bathrooms.
Guest Access:
This home uses lockbox entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text within two weeks of arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Parking: Free driveway parking on premises with space for up to 6 vehicles. From the driveway, follow the stone walkway through the garden arbor to the front door. The lockbox is mounted on the siding next to the front door.
