The cheerful sunroom overlooks the lake with fantastic western views and there is a screened porch facing the outdoor fire pit. The property sits on 1.5 acres with mature oak, pine, maple, and birch. There is over 100 ft of lake frontage with nice clear water and sandy bottom with some small rocks. A 60-step staircase leads to the lake with an 8ft x 12ft deck built halfway down. The swimming area slopes gently and gets about a foot deeper every 10 feet.
Little Spider Lake is a great fishing lake and relatively quiet and is home to a population of eagles, loons, and blue herons. Although there are several properties on the lake, many are seasonal and aren't often occupied. The Decompression Zone faces an undeveloped state-owned shoreline. Enjoy spectacular views from the deck overlooking the lake.
Fish for walleyes, musky, smallies, northern, crappie, and panfish from the private dock, or try your luck at one of the hundreds of nearby lakes. Enjoy swimming, boating, and some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever see right off the deck over Little Spider Lake. As the waning sunlight fades, crack open a cold one and enjoy an evening campfire outside or a crackling fire in the hearth inside!
Walk down the driveway in the morning, turn right, and enjoy breakfast at The Northern Cafe. If you turn left and go about 100 yards, you're at Marty's Place North for dinner. It's just a short drive to town for fun local attractions, unique shops, and restaurants.
