Off-Season Rental
Available now through May 2027 at $2,700 per month, with all utilities included.


Summer Rental from June 2027 -September 2027.
Summer rate is $2,500 per week, with a minimum stay of four weeks and this include the boat slip. (Boat must be smaller than 26 inches and be able to collapse Bimini to go under bridge). To get out to the big lake you have to go under the bridge in Wolfeboro. The unit has two parking spots for cars only in the large parking lot. The parking lot is used by the Back Bay Boathouse which is located right next store. The parking lot can get busy on weekends and in the summer.
