With 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, including 4 queen beds, and 5 bathrooms with showers and 2 have bath tubs, this enchanting property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, there is an upstairs space with a full bed, large sectional couch, blow up mattresses, smart TV (the 4th full bath, home gym, and an office space with a wi-fi printer for those who need to catch up on work or simply enjoy some quiet time. We think our place will help you experience everything Wolcottville and nearby Shipshewana have to offer! The private beach is perfect for swimming and the pier is perfect for fishing! Bring a boat or rent ours! The back deck is perfect for lounging out of the sun with a gas fire table, or sitting in the hot tub! The patio has a table that seats 8 and has an umbrella. There is also a fire pit by the beach with additional seating! There are 3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks for your enjoyment! Come back this fall to view the 4th bedroom and bath (available in 2026) we have added to the property, it is currently being set up for guests so I can not yet add the photos!
