The room was very spacious, very clean and easily slept 4 kids. The place itself, yes, has seen better days. Full size kitchen with all necessary utensils. We stayed for one night and were able to use the waterpark for two days, towels were provided at no cost

This is a great place to stay! We came for Automotion and the price was reasonable for what we got. The waterpark is very nice. The food is great, and the staff were all very kind. We will definitely stay here again

I was here 10 yrs ago and i was amazed by the entire hotel on cleanliness! The room we stayed at had hair in the bedsheets and pillows, mold in the bathroom ceiling, the carpet had sticky stains on it, and a 24” tv that did not work! I think this place should undergo a major renovation or a major deep clean at least. I would not stay here again, the price was not worth what we got.

I liked everything, but will never ever come back. It’s is not safe out there. Me and my boyfriend checked in and we’re going to our car(it was around 4:30 pm, daylight. 5 adult men were walking past us and started shouting to us as we were walking, swearing and threatening my boyfriend. Next day me and my friend (both of us are in our 20’s) we’re walking alone in the tunnel that leads to water park. I believe it was 4 teens that were walking towards us. Started shouting inappropriate staff towards us. They were clearly younger. (Maybe 17/18) So if you are looking to go there, keep in mind to never walk anywhere alone, walk as a group if possible. Or don’t go there at all. I stayed at Grand Geneva resort before, less amenities, but much safer.

The staff was wonderful. The room itself was ok considering the price I expected more. The latch for our room was barely hanging on. The one toilet wasn't working properly. There were dishes in there that weren't clean. Lights that had gone out. The TV's had limited channels and all the TVs were different channels. One of the days of our stay the waterpark wasn't even open. The staff was the only good thing. It was not worth the trip.

6 star resort with 4 staff staff.
Most spectacular resort i have ever stayed at. Loved the trails that winded to new surprises around each corner. Spa is awsome for a treatment or a day pass. Worst part was bad food and service sub par at wigwam bar, but for bar with music a true 3 star. Some staff good some staff very poor. Looking forward coming back to enjoy the pool witch was one thing i was looking forward to enjoy.

Birthday Condo
All I wanted to do was chill in a hot tub for my birthday, but the hot tub was empty and roped off. We had a jacuzzi in our room thank God, but still. Candy wrappers in our bed was pretty gross too. Other than that the condo was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. We'll be back!
