The Space:

This 2-bedroom mountain condo sleeps 6 and comes with everything you need for year-round adventure. The living room has a plush sofa with chaise lounge around a gas fireplace and mounted smart TV for cozy nights in. The dining table seats 6 for meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and a drip coffee maker. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a full-over-full bunk bed plus a full trundle, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and shower/tub combo. Step outside to your private balcony overlooking wooded views and the Continental Divide where you can fire up the BBQ grill. Winter guests love returning to the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, then soaking in the community indoor heated pool and sauna. ☀️ Summer brings hiking, biking, gondola rides, and the thrilling alpine slide at the resort. The Beaver Village community amenities include indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna available year-round. WiFi and streaming services keep you connected. Coin-operated laundry is available onsite at the clubhouse. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A Ring camera system is located to the right of the front door for security purposes. The free Winter Park Lift shuttle stops at the resort for easy access to skiing and downtown.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the Beaver Village Condominium community, just 2 blocks from Winter Park's downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping. Winter Park Resort is 5 minutes away with over 3,000 acres of skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in winter, plus disc golf, scenic hiking and biking trails, river rafting, and summer chairlift rides when the snow melts. The Coca Cola Tubing Hill at Winter Park is 3 miles away. Fraser Valley Sports Complex is 7 miles from your door. Grand Adventure Balloon Tours operates year-round just 7 miles away. Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests are 18 miles for backcountry exploration. Pole Creek Golf Club is 6 miles for summer tee times. St Mary's Glacier is 46 miles for a day trip. The free Lift shuttle stops right at the resort, making it easy to get around without a car.

Winter Park is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at over 9,000 feet elevation. Winter Park Resort is a 5-minute drive south. Fraser Valley Sports Complex is a 7-mile drive. Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests are 18 miles away. Pole Creek Golf Club is 6 miles from the condo. The free Winter Park Lift shuttle stops at the resort and makes getting to the slopes and downtown convenient without driving. Denver International Airport is approximately 90 minutes away via US-40.
