We provide the equipment so you can focus on the memories, saving you up to $40 per day, per child.

THE LOCATION:
Our location is rare. We are directly across the street from the Kid’s Park and Sledding Hill, and one block from the Free Lift Shuttle.

THE RECOVERY SUITE: Specifically designed for post-mountain comfort with a professional massage chair, in-floor radiant heating, a Theragun, and premium Nectar/Purple mattresses.

THE TECH: 1Gbps fiber internet and a dedicated home office—tested and used regularly by us for remote work. Sonos Surround Sound in every room, 6 Roku Smart HDTVs, and wifi-enabled blinds.

What an amazing place to stay in Winter Park! Completely exceeded our expectations, thank you! Beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and tastefully decorated, views were amazing, hot tub was superb! We walked to everything, particularly loved the close walk to the Grand County Rec Center for swimming, basketball and weight room. Everything in the condo made for the perfect vacation for our family of two young adults, two older adults and one very happy dog!

This was far and away the nicest rental property we have ever enjoyed. The property is relatively new and has been very well maintained. The kitchen is fantastic and you will not find a nicer patio to enjoy in all of Winter Park! The location is excellent for both casual shopping and their are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the home.

Outstanding stay! Our party of 6 adults, 3 teens, 2 toddlers, & 1 dog fit very comfortably. Hosts were attentive but not intrusive. They left a very handsome welcome basket & we love the cozies! House rules were clear & reasonable (i.e. no shoes on the light-colored carpet, strip beds & start a single load of laundry before checkout). Location was unbeatable with the park & playground across the street & several restaurants within walking distance. Parking for our 5 vehicles was free & no problem! This was one of the best-equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had sharp knives, good utensils, & enough pots/pans. The pantry had more spices than you’ll know what to do with & there was nearly every small appliance you can think of. There were also enough paper products (toilet & paper towels) to last our entire family for the duration of our stay & longer. We travel with a “go box” that we’ve built up with items we’ve needed to go buy after arriving at the short-term rentals & we used very little of it this time! The patio was outstanding! The hot tub, fire pit, & BBQ were all functional & the setup was perfect for a couple meals up there. The single recommendation would be more towels! There were enough towels for each of us, so no shortage! But it would have been great to have a few beach towels for the hot tub. Obviously not a deal breaker (we’ll add a few to our go-box) & we’d definitely love to book this property again! Thank you Morgan & Alex!

Amazing home! Perfect location! Well appointed kitchen! Comfortable in every way! The owners were so accommodating allowing us to check in a little early so my grandson could rest after a long flight and drive. They were very responsive and checked to make sure we got into the property without issue and were available via text. A definite must stay if you are in that area and we would definitely stay again!

What an amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! When we arrived it was spotlessly clean, easy check in and the location was so much fun for all of us! The rooftop deck is amazing and hot tub was so nice and clean! Kitchen had everything we could have needed and all of the appliances worked beautifully. We could walk to anything we wanted or needed and we loved the concerts in Hideaway Lark across the street in the evenings! Loved our stay!

Amazing location and fabulous amenities

Amazing property/amenities with great communication. They accommodated a wide age range group with consideration for everything you may need. They had everything for kids (noise machines, toys, kid friendly bowls, etc), extra supplies (including kitchen amenities, Kleenex, paper towels, laundry detergent, hot tub towels, grilling supplies), and all in great condition. Materials were well labeled and described. It was nice to stay at a place where it truly looks like the photos, and generously fit our group of 12 without being cramped. Can’t recommend highly enough—including the best location in town for both young (right across from the park) and older!

Wonderful stay in WP

This property was everything we were looking for. The location is outstanding, just across the street from Hideaway Park and a short walk to catch the bus system to the WP Base. It was extremely clean and the pictures give you a good look at what you are getting. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Plenty of pots & pans. Plenty of spices in the pantry. I hope to stay here again in the future. The hot tub on the deck was perfect to enjoy a concert one evening in the park across the street while my grandchild made and enjoyed s’mores on the fire pit.

Probably the best spot in Winter park

This place was incredible. Super clean with a lot of amenities. And was everything was top quality. Allocation was amazing. Many stores and The Visitor Center is actually attached to the same building. The hot tub and barbecue area were credible. The View was wonderful. Three full levels. There was a massage chair that I was expecting. All in all this was an amazing property.

Just incredible!

This place is a dream! It's even more impressive in person than the pictures let on. We were a party of 6 adults on a ski trip and it was a great stay! It was very nicely appointed with a lot of well-thought-out details (really nice bedding, great appliances, sonos sound everywhere and that amazing massage chair were our faves)! It had just about everything you'd want in a vacation rental (crockpot FTW!), and then some! And of course that rooftop deck is the icing on the cake! The location simply can't be beat. It was just a few minutes walk to the Lift ride station to catch a free, quick bus to WP resort (most of the bus lines stop less than a block away). There are a bunch of great places to eat/drink/shop within walking distance. And the owners were super-responsive and helpful with a heating issue we experienced during an intense snowstorm and they helped us get everything squared away! We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

This VRBO is one of the best we have stayed at. It truly has the perfect location across from Hideaway Park. Once we got there, we hardly used our cars. The Winter Park Lift is extremely accessible. Moreover, we were able to walk to pretty much everywhere... Fireside, Massages, Restaurants. Although attached to the property next to it, you would never know you were sharing a wall. The views from the great room were amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. There was also tin foil, paper towels, zip loc bags, storage containers, which is always appreciated. There are 5 bedrooms. 2 on the lowest floor. 2 on the main floor and 1 stunning master on the 3rd floor. The beds are all comfortable and new. Nothing has been overlooked in this home. The towels are plush, the soaps are high end, the furnishings Mountain contemporary chic. There is also a huge mudroom on the lowest floor, which is wonderful to be able to leave the boots/jackets/gloves etc down there. The garages have ski storage, which is nice so we don't need to bring skis into the house. We looked forward to our apres-ski rendezvous in the huge rooftop hot tub every evening. There is a grill up there and a firetable as well. The owners are available without being intrusive. They have left a wonderfully informative welcome book. They also left a welcome basket with snacks/a bottle of wine/colorado maps. We would book this stay again in a heartbeat.

From the check in, to the communication, to the cleanliness... This was one of our best vacation rentals experiences. They've thought of everything; the very best welcome basket, good coffee, big hot tub with plenty of towels, first class kitchen set up with good knives, every appliance and pan and a well stocked pantry. There are pack and plays and plenty of toys for the little ones. The home is beautiful with high end features, but it manages to be comfortable and "homey". Wonderful holiday! Thank you!

Surrounded by Winter Park Perfection

This condo is an absolute gem in downtown WP. The details of the floor plan, decor and amenities are the best I’ve experienced ever in Winter Park. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances and luxury accessories cooking supplies and kitchen gadgets. Everything you can possibly imagine is available and easy to find. All of the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable! The common area has a fantastic couch near floor to ceiling windows with magnificent views!! We spent every apres ski on the private rooftop deck. Even on the chilliest of days it’s a gorgeous way to spend time in the outdoors soaking in the hot tub while taking in a mountain sunset view! Our group loved the location. Restaurants, groceries and souvenirs are all within a short walk. There is a fantastic amphitheater park across the street that provides winter time sledding for all. We never had to use our cars while we stayed here. We hopped on the bus everyday, and were dropped off at the base of the mountain. The hosts have included every detail to make sure your stay is like a 5 star property. They also made our visit easy and seamless. We never had many questions, but if we did, the responses were within the hour! We simply can’t wait to go back. We might be looking for a summer and a winter stay here because it met our needs 100/100!! Thank you!

Beautiful luxury townhome in a perfect downtown location!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property in March 2023! I did extensive research of similar properties in the area when planning a trip for my extended family. Our party included 2 seniors, 3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children (7 and 10), We wanted a place right in the middle of the action in downtown Winter Park and easy access to the Lift shuttle. I can confidently say this was the best property for our group and met or exceeded our expectations! Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the access to sledding just across the street. There were even sleds available in the garage for the kids to use! I was able to fit a Chevy Suburban in the garage with a few inches to spare front and back. Not sure you could fit two Suburbans, but any two vehicles smaller than that should fit just fine. There were lots of little touches which just demonstrated that the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was well labeled and there were clear instructions for absolutely everything. From labeled shelves in the kitchen to instructions for the automated shades, Sonos sound system, rooftop firetable and hot tub. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating when we had questions or requests. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with! We found the shuttle schedule a little unreliable. Give yourself an extra buffer to get kids to ski lessons on time. Will definitely stay here again!

A Magnificent Experience

This was, unequically, our best vrbo rental experience (including among many other units in the Rendezvous development). The owners were incredibly responsive, the property was spotless, well stocked and the amenities surpassed my expectations - there was never the "eh, this didn't quite work right" moment we so frequently encounter with similar rentals. My family had plenty of room to spread out on our ski trip, and wonderful sledding hill/playground/green space next to the unit made entertaining the kids in the evening a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again.

Better than a 5 star resort!

We booked for this beautiful home for ourselves and extended family to celebrate my daughter’s Winter Park wedding. Communication with the owners was top notch! We had some special requests due to the wedding and the owners were very responsive. The home itself is beautiful. From the heated floors to the thoughtful decor, everything was perfect. Each bedroom had a white noise machine and it’s own temperature control, the entire family was comfy! Most important the home was incredibly clean. Nothing was overlooked, inside cupboards, drawers and even closets were clean. There were no crumbs in the toaster in this home :) The location was ideal, overlooking the park with a free sledding hill and right along the Lift bus line. I would like to thank the owners for opening their home to us. We will have lifelong memories of our daughters wedding and the great place we stayed! Sandi & Scott
