Very Nice Home

Lovely property, well-maintained and provisioned. Clean, light and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Parking adequate for two vehicles on site. Only negative is this property is not what I would label "ski-in, ski-out." The trek from the property to the nearby ski trail is not easy. It is quite a workout. The free Lift bus is a better option to get to the slopes.

Beautiful place, well stocked, very clean. But it is not a ski in ski out. It was a 4 or 5 minute hike through the woods mostly uphill, then a climb up 40 steps. Same trail on the way back.

Great location

We are a 3 generational family enjoying the area for our first family vacation as one unit. We all enjoyed the setting and amenities. The parking is an issue. There were 3 cars involved in getting us all to Winter Park. Parking was available for two cars. Crazy! The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. There were plenty of empty spots next to our condo. We had a fun time. A great area for all of us. We would recommend.

Winter Park Friends Getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Kids and adults enjoyed the spaciousness and especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful properly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the Hottub. Renters need to be aware of two things. First, the townhome has 4 levels and 40+ stairs between the levels. Also to access the ski trail is a hike through the woods then a 5 sets of stairs.

Awesome Family - Ski Trip!

Our first family Skiing Vacation was absolutely awesome! Our Louisiana Family will definitely be back! This home is Beautiful and just minutes away from the Slopes. Nicest place we have stayed at.

This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill.

Spring ski trip 2022

This is a beautiful condo/townhouse with a great location. We wanted to be close to base with easy access to and from the slopes. Although it’s listed as ski in/ski out, it was easier for us to keep our gear in base area and take the WP transportation to and from the slopes, especially since we had teen kids that varied in skiing abilities. Guest services was always available to answer our questions and the home was incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to make amazing dinners at night and breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting all the comforts of home with access to great skiing (especially spring skiing).
