This delightful lake-life inspired cottage includes 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, a fooseball table, and easily sleeps 7 guests comfortably. Located just 15 minutes from Legoland and 45 minutes from Tampa & Orlando, this home is perfect for both families and those traveling for work.

In fact, this Home is centrally located to dining, shopping, and small town fare. Come stay and enjoy downtown entertainment within walking distance (0.5 miles), or a quick car drive to Legoland (5.2 miles).

Backyard board and bean toss games are also available. Both propane and charcoal grills are located at the house, with grilling utensils in the kitchen. Everything you need for a cool Florida night backyard BBQ!

A Baby crib & high chair are available upon request. We are always trying to improve and add extras in order to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.

With board games, puzzles, Dvds, and a foosball table, you are bound to have fun in this house!

Guests will have access to all areas of home.

I will greet you upon arrival if needed, and we live only a minute away from the home. The house has a key code lock box for self check in. There is a house info folder just inside the door explaining the details of the house (wifi password, etc), as well as a list of nearby stores, restaurants, and bars. Everything is made to be a simple transition for all guests visiting. I am always available for any questions or concerns and just a phone call or text away.

Safe and quiet neighborhood 1/2 mile walk to our local and famous brewery, Grove Roots. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc close by. Walgreens is only 0.1 miles away! Half a mile away from downtown Winter Haven. 5 miles away from Legoland Florida. 45 min away from Orlando, 39 min to Disney, 51 min to Universal Studious, 54 minutes from Orlando International airport . One hour away from Busch Gardens and the Tampa International airport.

Public transportation is available. A complete directory will be available to assist you in your stay in Winter Haven.

We just want to take this time to point out an important reminder that we do conduct a full inventory check both before you check-in and after you check out. We hope that you will treat our home as if it was your own.

Missing items will be charged against your stay and we certainly don’t want to have to do that. The following shows you the costs that may accumulate should items go missing.

Small towels = $10.00
Large towels = $20.00
Board games (missing or damaged) = $15.00
DVDs (missing or damaged) = $5.00
Bed sheets = $30.00
Pillow Cases = $10.00
Pillows = $30.00/each

Backyard board and bean toss games are also available. Both propane and charcoal grills are located at the house, with grilling utensils in the kitchen. We also have a crib for babies available and a desktop for people who need a space for work or school.

We have taken pleasure in making sure the home we provide has the listed amenities available, is clean, and is well maintained. Although we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in the hamper. Also, please report any malfunctioning appliances or issues to us right away. The house is very comfortable, and we hope you love it as much as we do. We want to emphasize that there is to be absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Also, cooking with strong-smelling spices or deep frying is prohibited. Guests have done this in the past and it has taken nearly three days to remove the strong odors from the house, even with our professional cleaning. If the home is found to have a pungent smell from cooking or smoking following your stay, we will need to impose a $300 fine.
