Sitting 3 houses back from Lake Howard, the home provides quick access to the Lake Howard trail running along the North and West sides of the lake. This wide trail provides ample space for walking, running and biking along the lake. The east end of the trail connects to the recently built Lake Howard boat docks. From the dock, you are able to connect to the South Chain of Lakes which allows access to 16 lakes throughout Winter Haven.

Schedule a boat rental from Central Florida Water Sports & Boat Rentals to enjoy your relaxing day on the Chain of Lakes. This is also a great way to take your kids to Legoland by docking at their lakeside pier on Lake Eloise.

As a guest, you have full access to the home and guesthouse which includes a fully fenced back yard.
