Located in Carefree Country Club, a "Retirement Gem in Central Florida", on the shores of Lake Bess in Winter Haven, Florida.

This beautiful property has fantastic views of the golf course. Two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen, living room and large enclosed back porch. Living room has full size sofa sleeper. Completely furnished. Sleeps 5-6. Golf cart and storage shed.

Washer and dryer included. Utilities paid by owner. Basic cable (2 flat screen TVs). No internet provided (available for renter purchase). No smoking. Small pets may be allowed pending owner's approval. Only two people can live in residence; one must be at least 55 years old. Must abide by all Carefree Country Club community rules (please look up and review, as unable to post link here).

Carefree has many activities available that include sport and fitness programs, including biking. Games include tennis, bocce, bean bag toss, shuffleboard, billards, ping pong, bowling, and various card games. Sewing and crafts.

Enjoy the large geo-thermal heated swimming pool and hot tub. There are daily lap swimming and water exercises. There are plenty of lounge chairs where you can lay out and work on your tan, or relax while reading a book.

If golf is your focus, their 9 hole par 36 course, for men, women and couples will help keep you active. Golf is free to residents living in the park. Annual Championship tournaments crown a busy season and open golf is available most days to tune-up your game. Join us on Wednesdays for Men's, Women's or Couples' Golf !
