Friendly staff, unfortunately I booked a room for my elderly inlaws, they had no towels and had to go to the front desk to request some and basically told they were in the room, after a lengthy and un necessary discussion the front desk got some for them. Then the unit above them partied all night

I'm sorry your relatives were disturbed by other guests. Our intention is to provide a quiet, welcoming environment for all guests. By and large travelers understand that hotel stays come with an element of consideration for people around them, but as you said, some people don't always get it. When that happens, our staff is more than willing to help. All we ask is that we be informed of the problem. The acoustics are such that sometimes a staff member doing hourly hall checks late at night will not hear activity inside a room that the person beneath the room does. I know it can be uncomfortable to call the front desk and 'complain' about noise from another guest, but it's okay to do it. Odds are those guests simply don't realize how sound travels and have little problem dialing it back once asked.

The bed was comfortable. The furniture in the room was sparse. There were no comfortable chairs in the room. The charge station on the desk did not work. There was no microwave in the room, I had to carry my food down to the dining room and then back upstairs so that by the time so reached the room it was cold again.

Thank you for your feedback. It is especially helpful to Spark at this time because as a new brand, the concept is still being established. The items you mentioned, furnishings, lack of in room microwaves, etc. are the current Spark by Hilton brand standard. Those aren't things that we at the hotel are able to change. This is why we value your feedback, hearing from guests like you helps the brand team leaders better conceptualize and evolve the Spark room. Many of us share your hopes what we will be able to add microwaves and more inviting and comfortable furniture in the future.

Decent hotel for the price, but be prepared it is very basic. You will have no cups glasses in your room or coffee maker, and coffee is occasionally available in the lobby. The breakfast is minimal and you need to microwave Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches from the galley. Otherwise clean and pleasant.

Everything was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. We are unfortunately spoiled with a memory foam mattress, so the bed was hard. It's a shame because the area around the hotel had a few restaurants, and it was right off I81.

We are in the process of a full top to bottom renovation and facelift and are only a couple weeks away from offering brand new and crazy comfortable beds. Along with brand new everything else. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay! Upon entering the hotel we noticed an inviting and well kept reception area, we were also warmly greeted at the reception desk. The room inclusive of the bathroom was clean and comfortable. As far as the continental breakfast, we’ve had better as far as variety of items, but it was still very satisfying. We make regular trips up north from our southern home and we drive the majority of the time, so we have definitely added this Wyngate property as our way station for the trip back home!!

This property was lovely, clean and updated. The guest rooms had wood/laminate flooring. It looks great but when the guests in the rooms above you roll luggage across the floor or drop their bags, etc., it’s quite loud. For me, I believe carpeted guest rooms are quieter for all concerned. Just my opinion.

Was very impressed with room cleanliness; left a larger than normal tip for attendant. Appreciated uncarpeted floors. Everyone @ front desk very friendly and kind. Appreciated 'disabled room' I had requested but was not guaranteed. Someone looked out for me. The complimentary breakfast was very bad; we opted out our 2nd day. There wasn't much choice and that was pretty poor. Big dining area. I've been to places with hard to find sitting but much larger meal choices. All in all we came away happy. Thank you.

The lady who checked us in was a sweetheart. The room itself was nice and the bed very comfortable. However, sound traveled quite easily through our door…our room was right beside the stairway door. All we heard at all hours was that stairway door slamming shut.

This was a very comfortable stay!
This was a great pic of a hotel. It was very clean, to check in under five minutes. The staff was very friendly, the entire place was well-kept and clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. We will definitely stay here again. This was such a great pick! The only small complaint was my husband was ready to work out at 4:30 in the morning and the workout room was closed for maintenance and repair. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and repair. I wished I would have known that, because we probably would have stayed someplace else as he loves to work out. But it was a very comfortable stay.

Traveling from Vermont to Tennessee, a late-night check-in, the hostess welcomed the grimy hunters in line in front of us with their musty wet baggage with the same respect and aplomb as any other customer. VERY clean rooms, we walked to Chili's,, for supper got gas a block away, had a good breakfast (Biscuits and gravy), and got right back on the highway. Highly recommend, and a good price, too.

We are sorry that you arrived here expecting a pool. We do not want any guest to have their hopes set on something we don't currently offer. Months ago we removed all mention of a pool from our information on Expedia. I am thankful for the many guests who have helped us dissiminate this information via their reviews. We anticipate the pool being closed thru Jan 2024. The remodeling of the fitness center should be comeplete by the week of the 23rd

Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings were a bit worn but all in all a quality hotel. Would make it a stop fo future travels.

Very nice, clean hotel & staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that we felt like the cleaning staff kind of 'pushed' us to leave so they could clean the room.

Thank you. We pride ourselves on treating our guests as guests, or 'friends we hadn't met before'. I'm sorry the rooms weren't all we try to make them. We are starting a hotel wide renovation and refurbishment (you may have noticed the shipping containers on the far end of the parking lot) and soon our hotel will be all new again.
