This inn was heavenly! The property is so quaint and peaceful. The breakfast was even better than expected. But the best part about the inn is the hospitality of the staff. We had a warm welcome and the text communication throughout our stay was so efficient. Can’t wait to return.

We think if you are going to Wimberly you should stay here. Each suite is unique and beautiful details. The in room breakfast delivered was some of the best food ever. Staff was great. Just go!

Best B&B I ever stayed in. The staff greeted you as you came in, personally gave a tour of the property. They offer couples massage and man I am glad we did that. My husband and I came here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Did I mention that the place has complimentary bikes to use to ride into the city! I could go on but there is no space left.

Big Mistake
This property does NOT live up to it's marketing! Not a good value. You can do better at a nearby chain like Hampton Inn at half the price.

We apologize for not living up to your expectations. We are unclear as to where the misunderstanding might lie in the "marketing" you are referring to. You are correct, we are not at all like a Hampton Inn. We have a secluded property near downtown Wimberley with private creek access, complimentary kayaks and bicycles, several fire pits, complimentary organic freshly prepared breakfast delivered complimentary to your room every day. If we can directly address any of your concerns, we appreciate the opportunity. I have checked with our team and no one has reported any feedback from you during your stay that we can address. We take all guest feedback very seriously and address things promptly when we are made aware.

Quaint, charming property with easy walk into town with great shopping and restaurants. Beautifully appointed room with California king bed and all the amenities, and delicious hot breakfast. Amazing massage therapists at the spa. Will return soon and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Wonderful Place!
We stayed here during our trip to Wimberley, this was such a great find and well worth the stay! The staff and management were so welcoming and kind, and we even had our room ready earlier than anticipated. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Get Away
We stayed in The Tree House and I did not like the curtain used as a bathroom door . That did not provide enough privacy ! The breakfasts were wonderful and filling. The K bed was so so - kind of soft, the couch needs to be replaced. The cushions are worn out! There’s a lovely quiet setting with shops close by.

Ann, thank you for your feedback. We have a door being custom built for the bathroom and are awaiting a completion date to have it installed. Last year we replaced 8 curtains with custom made barn doors. It all takes time and re-investment into the property, which we are working on constantly. We are in process of determining which beds are ready to update. The couch is only two years old and has not held up as well as we had hoped for or expected. We have had cushions replaced already and are working on an alternative. Thank you again for your feedback.

We thought the property was lovely. Bed and room nice. Would have liked a place to smoke [for those of us that still suffer from the habit} had to stand off property by trash cans w maggots. The whole styrafoam thing at breakfast is a little déclassé and there are no tables outside room to set down a cup of coffee,etc. Plastic tableware not eco friendly but maybe a result of COVID. Best massage ever!

Yes, we have posted on our website and in various places that we are a completely smoke free property as of last November. We apologize for any inconvenience and have some background on why we made that decision. The disposable containers for breakfast are in fact a result of Covid adjustments including the tables in the rooms and the many additional seating area on the patios. We are working on a new plating method going forward with the room service remaining a mainstay of the guest experience. Covid has required us to constantly adjust and pivot and not all of the choices we have are our ideal. But we are rolling with it as best possible. Thank you for your stay and the feedback.

Loved the visit and will be back!!!
A great place to just relax and enjoy life a bit - Great grounds to walk and take pictures plus the animals and sounds of the birds are quite relaxing to just enjoy it all. The facility is very clean and kept that way - great place to stay and not worry about anything on the location. Easy walking distance to downtown if you enjoy shopping a bit or just get some exercise.

Second time we've stayed. The property was purchased by new owners a couple years ago and they are very busy making improvements and additions. It is a great place to stay if you want to relax and recuperate for a bit! The walk into the square (interesting restaurants and shops) is only 10-15 min. Be on the lookout for cool funky yard art in some of the homes on the way.

Good service/staff, can find better for price
While the service and staff here was really wonderful, I feel that the $350 per night was WAYYYY too expensive for this room and property. There was a nasty non-working pond in front of the room, it looked like a 3rd grader had painted and textured the walls, everything was cheaply done, if not done by perhaps non-professionals. I would stay here again if the prices weren’t so high, I just feel that for the money one can find a much, much nicer room or suite.

Thank you for the feedback and we are disappointed that you did not find the Creekhouse a good value. We also apologize for the pond not working. Our landscaping and ponds are fed by a well which recently went dry. Having a new well drilled is a long process and unfortunately is going to take some time. We will update our site to mention the waterfall is not working, although we do keep the pond filled. I'm sorry that you did not appreciate the wall texture. I would like to point out to future guests that the walls were done by a professional and is a rustic finish that uses a hand trowel. It's styled to go with the rustic nature of the rough cedar construction and flooring. We hope you decide to give us another shot. You might enjoy the Water Lily or Tree House suites on your next visit. They have a different feel and might be better suited to your tastes. Thanks again for the comments and we're grateful that you enjoyed the service and staff.
