Cinquefoil 1612 is a thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom, three-bath condominium in The Aspens community of Wilson. Designed across two levels, this residence accommodates up to four guests and offers vaulted ceilings, mountain views, and updated finishes in a comfortable yet refined Jackson Hole setting.
Main Level
- The main level features an open-concept living and dining space with architectural character and natural light
- Sunken living room with lava rock wood-burning fireplace
- Vaulted ceilings that enhance the sense of space
- Updated kitchen with modern finishes and clean lines
- Dining area positioned adjacent to the kitchen
- Private outdoor patio with electric grill and views toward the southern Teton range
- Full bathroom with marble mosaic tile and walk-in shower
Upper Level
- Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own en suite bathroom — an ideal layout for couples or friends traveling together

This condo does not feature air conditioning. The mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.
The Aspens is a charming residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Teton Village. At the entrance to the Aspens neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options within walking distance. Public transportation is available from the Aspens to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required).
After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

- Designated parking directly outside the building
- Access via exterior walkway
- Outdoor features: private deck with seating and wooded views

- Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens

- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
