„Very small but very charming! Definitely do not recommend for more than 2 people, as there's minimum privacy when doing your business! Your roommate will hear everything LOL. A pleasant surprise was that since the time the property photos were made, the futon chair has been replaced with a small loveseat with a pull out cushion mattress. Shower and toilet worked great. Easy drive to Tybee and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return!“

„The house was in a good area and clean. The problem with the house is in the master bedroom. The floor is about to fall in. I pulled back the rug to see why it was so soft and found that the laminate floor is cracked and barely holding up. There is also an area of concern between the dining room and in the kitchen where it feels like it’s starting to sag as well. That is a huge safety hazard. All it takes is someone heavier than myself and they’re gonna go through that floor. Also, if you ...

„Nice clean place in a quiet modest Savannah neighborhood. Provided everything we needed for a hassle-free stay! Kroger 5 min. down the street. A few restaurants close by too. Easy access to everything in Savannah. Only one suggestion, a decent gas grill on the deck would be nice.“

„Had such a wonderful stay!!! “

„The house was very clean. The host was very attentive. Location was nice. House was family friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely book again.“

„Not a bad place, but small for sure. Shower is almost too small for me and ima small guy. Still had a great time with my Girlfriend“

„Second time with Karla. Won't be the last.“

„Clean house, comfortable furniture there were minor problems but they were vastly outweighed by the good.“

„Liked the backyard!“

„Nice house, very clean and convenient. “

„Great communication, very helpful! Beautiful property, so peaceful!“

„My family enjoyed our time in Savannah and this location.“

„Inaccurate listing: there was no garage parking. Garage was not available for use. Beds, couches, and other furniture extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable… not ideal for daily use. There was a leak in the kitchen and in the laundry room. The hot tub didn’t work properly. The ceiling fan remote was missing in the master bedroom. Also, a ton of extension cords and power strips strung together, making this house seem very unsafe. We notified the owner about several of the issues and return ...

„The host was very communicative! The house was stocked with coffee, sugars and creamers which made the first morning so easy! The kitchen was clean and organized and free from erroneous leftover food and condiment items! The home was clean, showers stocked with wall mounted soaps, and towels at the foot of each bed. Everything was ready for us. “

„This house is great for a big family stay. The management team was kind and responsive. The pool is even bigger than the photos make it appear.“

„Me and my wife loved this property! It was exactly how it was described in listing. We live about a hour away so it was like home away from home. Can’t wait to book this listing again!“

„Perfect place for 8 men going on a deep sea fishing excursion. Plenty of beds, easy access to launch and restaurants and Tybee Island.“

„Wonderful!“
