There is an exterior security camera monitoring the driveway. There is also a doorbell camera at the front entrance; however, the doorbell camera is currently not operational.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: The pool is closed and unavailable for use from December through February. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours.
Note: If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead.
Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays, also during working hours. Please be aware that maintenance staff may access the property during these times. If you have any concerns or need to coordinate anything, feel free to contact us.
