Enjoy your private getaway in Carolina Beach's perfect location at Sea Colony! Great for a couple or family with beds to sleep up to 6 guests. This 3rd floor, end unit is just steps away from the beach and pool - no need to cross the street. The condo features one bedroom with King size bed & smart tv, a full sized kitchen, an open living room area with brand new sleeper sofa, a tucked away bunk bed cove, & a large deck with a glimpse of the ocean! The Sea Colony beach side pool is a wonderful escape from the sand and open from April 15-October 15 from dawn until dusk. Walk to quaint breakfast spot directly across the street, Granny's Kitchen, or the famous Tiki Bar down the beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator - perfect for a little daily exercise!

☀ Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa with gel mattress added July 2023.

Your Rental Includes:
☀ All linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels.
☀ Full Kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator
☀ Washer and dryer in unit
☀ A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, and some cleaning supplies.
☀ One parking pass for the onsite parking lot (one additional pass can be added for a fee)

Make sure to pack your own:
Toiletries, shampoo/body wash, detergents, additional paper goods/trash bags, beach chairs and toys, and plenty of sunscreen!

Guest Access:
☀ Keyless entry to the private condo to yourself. Guests will receive the access code on the day of arrival.
☀ Outdoor Pool open April 15 to October 15 from dawn until dusk. Guest will be given a pool key to use throughout their stay.
☀ One parking pass is included for the onsite parking lot.

Things to Note:
★ No Elevator - This vacation rental is located on the 3rd level and does not offer an elevator.

Relaxing weekend. Nice place to stay for a quick weekend if you are going to spend a lot of time at the beach and pool. Having the pool close by was a plus. The restaurant across the street was great for breakfast and very convenient. Had a tough time with the TV remotes. Could not get the TV to work with the remotes in the family room. Over all it suited our needs and we had a nice and enjoyable weekend.

Overall definitely a 10/10 experience! Condo is beachfront with a view from the condo balcony. Beach access is extremely close and very easy to find. The condo is also located right in the heart of CB, close to the lake, restaurants, ice cream, and the boardwalk!

Great Location

I stayed with my two kids (6yo/11yo) and this condo worked so well for us. The location is fantastic, right at the beach. The bunk beds were a life saver and the king bed was SUPER comfortable; I was really impressed and happy with that. The pool is great but gets very crowded and there aren't enough chairs in my opinion, but the kids still had a blast. Here were my issues: I received a text right before we got there saying the dishwasher was broken and they had left paper plates for us to use, however, all that was there was an open pack of about 3 styrofoam plates. Personally, I don't want to spend my vacation washing dishes and we planned on having a functioning dishwasher, so I immediately had to go back out and buy disposable plates/silverware. There is also no ice maker or ice trays, so plan to stop for ice. Aside from the sliding doors, there are no curtains on any windows, so it really heats up in there during the day but more importantly, the sun is lighting up the bedroom at the crack of dawn every morning, I ended up having to hang beach towels over the windows to get any sleep. Overall, we loved our stay and I was very pleased with the condo, it's clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Great location, comfortable

Cozy third floor condo (so no upstairs noise, which can happen on lower floors of Sea Colony). Again, great location. Was end of season, so had some small issues with Venetian blinds in bedroom, dishwasher unsecured, base of toilet loose. There had also been recent weather which I am sure complicated things.

We had kind, clear, helpful directions ahead of time with check in information and were thrilled with the property! My daughter and I snuck in a few days of girl time before dropping her off at UNCW and this was the perfect place! Everything was clean and welcoming. Great vacation spot!!!

This condo was awesome! It was clean, there were towels and linens there that you could tell had been washed. We traveled with our two littles (3 and 1). They loved the space and it was surprisingly toddler friendly! The host was awesome! She responded timely and we had no issue at check in! The pool was clean, access to the beach was close by (without stairs). If there was a downside at all it would be the stairs. Otherwise we had a great stay and would love to come back in the future!

Clean and easy

The condo was clean and well equipped. The pool area was nice and the beach was just a few steps away. The Ocean Grill Tiki Bar is close by for evening sips and snacks. The boardwalk area was about a mile away. We used our bikes to get there sometimes as parking was expensive. However, I wouldn't recommend biking on the main road; it is busy and there isn't much of a shoulder/bike lane, and no sidewalk. Be aware that there are many stairs to climb as this is a 3rd floor unit, which is not a problem for an able bodied person. The hosts were great communicators, quick to respond, and very friendly. Perfect for couples or a small family. Our boys loved the bunks in the hallway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s condo. It is clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed exploring Carolina Beach and Wilmington. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo!

Super clean and nice condo! Check in/ out process was super easy and communication with the property manager was also easy and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this condo! Something to be aware of though- this condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so If you or someone who is staying with you is disabled/handicapped this may not be the best option for you.

Cute little condo, steps from the beach

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at this well-appointed condo in Carolina Beach which is ~100 feet to the beach. The owner added a new sectional that was clean and great for the space as well as a new king bed which the mattress and pillows were gloriously comfortable. Had issues with the tv remotes but the owner was available via text to address. Overall clean, a couple spots I think the cleaning crew missed and did not have a corkscrew but I informed the owners. Sufficient other cooking/serving-ware and paper products. Definitely would stay again if we decide to visit again.

Loved it!

Carolina Beach is a very nice area to bring your family, boardwalk was only a few shops and less than 2 blocks long. The place we stayed at was nice as well. We choose to save money and not pick oceanfront, but still enjoyed the stay. Pool was kept tidy and up to par. The room itself was above our expectations. We are use to having to bring everything, but the towels, beach towels, linen were all included! Bed was comfy and the kids didn’t complain about the sofa/pull out or the bunks. Owners were very pleasant to deal with and always responded in a timely manner. Would definitely consider this place again.

Tiny condo/worn out couch ect.

This is a cute little apartment/condo. The property managers were nice, and we liked having easy access to the beach and pool. If you are a family with small children or just a couple getting away this is a great little place for you. If you have adult children, it seems a little on the small side. It was not fun having to pack all our luggage up 3 flights of steps though. We did have a few problems during our stay. One being the fridge broke while we were there, but the owner sent a repair man over a few days later. He brought over a mini fridge to get us by till they got a new fridge. But we did lose items that were stored in the fridge because of it breaking. Which we realize was uncontrollable. There were a few other issues that we alerted the owners about and they were going to look into them. The loveseat is absolutely worn out and needs to be replaced. In the process of trying to pack up on our check out day. The repair man showed up with the new fridge without notice. No phone call or text alerting us that he was coming. Although we had some problems with the place the owners did reimburse us part of our money for the inconveniences. Also, during all the craziness of packing up/repair man I left a few things in a drawer in the bedroom. The owners contacted me and was gracious enough to ship it back to me. These are not bad little condos and the area seems nice and quiet. Would like to come visit Carolina beach area again when we can stay longer.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is a little crowded for 4 adults but it was pleasant. The king size bed was phenomenal but the sleeper sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Host kept us informed about the pool being out of order. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

Out favorite spot!

This condo is in right on the beach and we try to stay in these condos whenever we can. Sam and Leah keep the place really clean and everything you need is provided. Sam is easy to reach and very kind. It’s walking distance to restaurants, and a quick drive to even more stuff to do. We spent the days on the beach right outside. I will absolutely come back to this condo! Thanks Sam and Leah! 😊

Extremely Disappointing

I only good things I can say are as follows: the walk to the beach was nice and quick, the pool area was very nice and the cloud mattress was the best thing inside of the condo. It definitely had not been cleaned beforehand. Sand on the couches, which had to be from the 80's because of the accumulated stains on them. I used the extra sheets to cover them so I could sit on them. The floors, the fridge and kitchen sink were all dirty. The coffee maker's heating element was disintegrating, so no perked coffee during my stay. There was sand all in the front if the washer along with some articles of clothing. The dryer was full of towels and lint. I called the owner after I sent photos and asked them to come and see for themselves, but the response they couldn't because they had children to care for. They live about 15 minutes away. I should have had a new coffee maker that night. I scrubbed the kitchen sink and fridge myself, ( I left the sand in the door of the fridge and used the other space.) I wore my bedroom shoes when walking on the floors, dusted the the bedroom and swept the family room and kitchen. The bathroom rugs were not clean and luckily I found some clean ones and put them out. The bathroom tub faucet leaks continuously and so does the kitchen faucet. I thought it may fall of in my hand because it was so loose. I could go on about the cracked and chipped dishware. They did say they were refunding me the cleaning fee, I looked in my email and haven't seen the refund. She offered to send another cleaner to come, but why should I have to deal with that, monitoring a cleaning company was not why I came to the beach! The place is definitely not well maintained. They do they appear to care about the people renting. I have never experienced anything like it. I don't expect perfection or brand new everthing, but I do expect clean and in working order and not old and broken down and dirty. So, I would recommend NOT renting this condo.
