The house is arranged so that the entire first floor is gathering space and the entire second floor is sleeping space, and it makes it easy for guests to co-exist with different sleeping schedules. The spacious open concept living room has a large couch and additional comfortable seating and a smart TV. The colorful dining room has a long table and 8 chairs, and could seat 10.



The gourmet kitchen is located next to the dining room and boasts a commercial gas range, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a breakfast nook, and all of the kitchen basics you’ll need so you can feed the whole crew.



There is a cute half bath located on the 1st floor.



Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Located on a quiet corner lot in the Castle Street Arts District, you’ll be able to enjoy peaceful relaxation while still being situated nearby coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, second hand stores, a record store, a convenience store, and ice cream. It’s also just a short 10 minute walk past beautiful historic homes to get to downtown, the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, entertainment, museums, and more.
