Step inside and find a welcoming living room bathed in natural light. Relax on the oversized couch while watching your favorite shows on the 55" HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+.

Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a wooden table that seats six. The space is perfect for family meals, with additional seating available at the granite-topped kitchen island.

Kitchen
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. It's a great space for cooking and socializing, making meal prep a fun activity for everyone.

Bedrooms
Head upstairs to find three comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is ideal for children or singles, offering three single beds, including a bunk bed.

Next to the house, there is a designated space suitable for a compact car. Additionally, there is a larger parking spot in front of the house that can accommodate an SUV or truck. Free street parking is also available on the surrounding streets.
