The Space:

The two-story apartment features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests! The deck has some seating and a bbq grill for your use. Take advantage of free parking on the premises, and a well-stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and a full bathroom on the second floor between the two bedrooms. Enjoy free access to the washer and dryer!



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home.

Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Guest Guide will be sent upon completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a small neighborhood in the rural Williamstown area, just a couple miles off interstate 75, on the outskirts of downtown Williamstown.

The popular Ark Encounter attraction is only about 2.5 miles away! You are also close to Williamstown Lake, and only a 45-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and the Creation Museum, and a 1 hour drive to Lexington, KY!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best option in this beautiful, rural area of Kentucky.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
