Sehr sauberes Hotel

It was clean and was a standard hotel room. Nothing really stood out about it, however I did love that there was a fridge and microwave in it. I was very disappointed with the TV. It did not have any bluetooth capability to be able to watch Netflix and the channel selection was very poor and there was no guide on how to operate the TV. The ice machine was very far from our room, not a complete different hall. We were in the process of leaving our room and the room key deactivated precisely at 11 am so we needed to be let back into our room. We also were unable to access the ice machine for the same reason. The front desk staff was not really that friendly and almost seemed cold in demeanor, like we were a huge inconvenience to her.

The property is old and outdated. The room had an overpowering musty smell when you walked in. The entire room was outdated with stains in the carpet. I would avoid staying here.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Barhtub shiwed some patch work to repair something. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was nice with many options.

The free breakfast was really good! Probably one the best we have had for a hotel. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Our biggest issue was with the key card locks ( it took 3 or 4 tries on average just to get the door open going in). The hotel is also older and could use some improvements. Our ceiling had a bad crack in the corner, it smelled stale (even with the AC running) and the bathroom vanity front was coming off. The staff was friendly and kind. The lady who checked us in said they got new locks for the doors but they haven’t been installed yet.
