Nice and easy
The unit was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Cute community with scenic grounds and plenty of food options nearby. Check in was easy and check out time was generous. It was a perfect centrally located spot for us to do some regional college visits! Would definitely stay here again when we come back for Busch Gardens.

Soaking in some history.
While staying in Williamsburg we visited Jamestown & Historical Williamsburg. It was a very easy deive to both places. The host left a binder with local restaurant suggestions. We went to Maurizio's Italian restaurant. It was delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay. The landscaping at Kingsmill is beautiful. Loved the patio and the view of the James River, and the short walk to the Mill for coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

What a way to see Williamsburg!
What a beautiful place. From the grounds and resort like feel to the room itself, everything felt top notch! Had a small glitch when checking in and owner had it corrected within minutes. What a relaxing time we had! Looking forward to our next stay.

Historic Triangle
The condo was perfectly located between the historic sites. Kingsmill is a beautiful community and this condo had views of the James River off their deck. A perfect place to rest after a long day at the historic sites. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom with an oversized shower was updated. Also restaurants and shops are close by. We had breakfast at The Mill and dinner at the marina, both located within a short walk of the condo. Such a perfect spot! Cathy

The only small issue is checking in for a gate pass- we were told at gate to go the main clubhouse for car hanger- the gentleman at the desk was kinda of short and wasn’t very willing to give us a car pass but I showed him our reservation and gave him your alls cell numbers so he could contact you- not sure if he did but no other issues! I appreciate the quick response to all questions/texts -

Perfect Girls Weekend
This property and condo are a perfect setting for a low key getaway weekend. Everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive, the unit was very inviting and provided a relaxing setting, and the entire property is quiet and secure. The patio offered a relaxing setting to sit and chat, the living space was perfect for quick dinners and drinks, and the shower had amazing water quality! I have never experienced an easier process of checking into a property. The owners communicate before your arrival, gave perfect instructions, and provided plenty of information for our stay. I highly recommend this unit!

This was a much-needed vacation for my girls and I (first in seven years) and this place worked perfectly; we were able to see a lot of great historical places nearby as well as spend a few days enjoying amusement parks. Loved the secure neighborhood / resort location. Will most definitely come back (girls are already talking about another trip there!).

We couldn't have asked for a better rental. The location was perfect. We easily and quickly got to all the locations we planned to visit. The unit was perfectly clean and quite spacious. As Delightful as Advertised
Kingsmill is our favorite place to stay in Williamsburg and the guest room was a lovely place to stay during our most recent visit. It had a private entrance, the room was clean and well appointed with anything that one would need during the stay. It was also strategically located near to the James River. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Relaxing Retreat in Kingsmill
This place did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured, and beyond comfortable for a place to lay our heads after long days in Williamsburg. Hosts were great communicators and did a great job with this condo. Location is prime to so much and Kingsmill has even more to offer in addition to the Williamsburg area. The condo offers a beautiful view of the lawn & beach/water, and a nice little seating area outside that was quiet & peaceful. Lots of things provided to bring comfort - lush & ample towels, quality sheets, a mini fridge & micro, keurig, ample closet/storage space. High quality all around. I had to setup a work station and found I could do so easily on the table. I will keep this place in mind for next time!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Perfect Location for Busch Gardens
Sand Collar Cove is such a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The unit is very clean, comfy, and quiet. Coming and going is super easy. All the major roads for getting around Williamsburg are just a turn or two away. I would recommend this unit to anyone needing a quick stay.

Fantastic Homecoming Trip
I was looking to stay at Kingsmill for Homecoming with my 11-year old son. Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful and their unit was adorably appointed and so clean. Very comfortable stay! We will be back over and over again, for sure! So grateful for the experience!

Love Me Some Kingsmill
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property. It's great. Super location on the Kingsmill resort. Very clean and perfect for those that wish to be in walking distance of everything. We even forgot some clothes and the owners were nice enough to send them back. Will def stay there again.

The resort is amazing. We’re actually convinced to purchase. The unit itself was spotless and the hosts were very transparent. Very clean which is comforting when traveling with small kids. Only thing the screen door was broken but would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay
We loved this place. Great place to stay. Great location in Kingsmill with a view of the river. The owners were great and very accommodating. Super easy to work with. There is not a linen/towel service so if you stay more than a few days figure out doing your laundry/the towels somewhere. Also you do not have access to the pools/ amenities at Kingsmill resort. We had a friend who was a member get us in. We thought we would be able to buy day passes to the river pool while staying here and we could not unless we had a member do it. I must not have read it thoroughly when renting. But a great clean place in a great location with great owners.
