• Security Deposit: A $200 credit card authorization is required. Unused funds are released after departure according to your credit card company’s and bank’s processing policies.

• Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; mini-golf; movie & board game rentals; book exchange; self-parking for one vehicle; barbecue equipment; outdoor games, select daily activities & crafts; sports equipment (volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, basketball, pickleball)

• Parking: Complimentary on-site self-parking for one vehicle. Valet parking, EV charging, secured parking, covered parking, and in/out privileges are unavailable.

• Pool Hours: Indoor and outdoor pools open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The outdoor pool is seasonal.

• Early Checkout: A fee equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes applies.

• Late Checkout: Subject to availability. The fees are $50 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, $100 until 3:00 PM, and 100% of the room rate after 3:00 PM.

• Arrival: Contact the resort in advance if you expect to arrive late and confirm arrangements directly with the front desk.

• The cabana, including the pool bar and restaurant, is scheduled to remain closed through December 31, 2026.

House Rules / Policies

• A fee of up to $500 will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Ask the front desk about designated outdoor smoking areas.

• Pets are not permitted.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
