Upstairs, the home continues to impress with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 elegant bathrooms, a cozy entertainment area, an office, and a nursery. Each bedroom blends comfort and charm with mountain-inspired decor and detailed craftsmanship. Every room includes a fireplace for added warmth and luxury. Designed to host up to 16 guests, this home perfectly balances functionality and style.

2nd Floor:

✔ Master Suite: A lavish and exceptionally spacious environment with a King-sized bed, 2 Twin with Trundle beds (Room Sleeps 6), a massage chair, and a dedicated office workspace. It includes an adjacent nursery with crib and changing table and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo for ultimate comfort.
✔ Blue Room: A cozy room with a King-sized bed and beautiful stained-glass windows. It features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. If you travel with babies, there is Pack'n'Play in the closet.
✔ Third Bedroom: A versatile room with a Queen-sized bed, a Twin bunk bed, a TV, and a convenient sink, perfect for families or groups.

NOTE:
There are 4 rooms that share a common wall to the Quarter Horse Inn & Lodge. Larger parties may rent these rooms to allow for accommodations for 8 additional guests. Please note that if you do not reserve these rooms, they may be rented by other guests.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Fresh linens, bedding, towels, and essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.

PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed in the lodge to preserve its charm.

EXTRAS
There is an additional to the crib Pack'n'Play in the 'Blue Room' closet
Extra Pack 'n Plays, High chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.

HOUSE RULES

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Extra Pack 'n Plays, High chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
Pets are not allowed in the lodge to preserve its charm.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
