Unfreundliches und lustloses Personal, keinerlei Bedürfnis, bei Fragen zu helfen, Badezimmer und insbesondere Toilette war dreckig, auch nach der Bitte, diese erneut zu reinigen. Bad kaum ausgestattet und lieblos angeordnet, und in schlechtem Zustand. Unfassbar unbequemes, abgenutztes Bett. Jeder Schritte der Nachbarn, vor allem von oben, hört man mit lautem Knarren und Knaksen, so sehr, dass man nachts aufwacht. Essen im Restaurant lieblos und überteuert. Sehr sehr schade, denn das Hotel selbst hätte so viel mehr Potential."
