Oceanfront top flr 1 br condo at Madrid

Welcome to Madrid and relax in this oceanfront condo with unobstructed panoramic ocean views, at one of the top beaches in the country. Watch beautiful sunrises each morning and dolphins frolicking in the ocean from the living room or sitting outside the room.

In summer, condo usually rents from Saturday 4:00 p.m. check-in to Saturday 10:00 a.m. check-out, unless the calendar shows some partial week availability. The pool will be closed on 9/26/2023 this season.

Linens, blankets and towels are not provided, please bring your own.

• Sleeps four people on a king bed in bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room.
• Wall air conditioner and ceiling fans. Cold AC only, no heating.
• 40 inches TV in living area and 50 inches TV in bedroom. Cable and Netflix are both available.
• High speed Xfinity WIFI, which is well suited for remote work or school.
• Well equipped kitchen with stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, full oven, drip coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, basic spices.
• Two lounge chairs. and a table to enjoy balcony.
• One assigned off-street parking spot for the unit.

• Zero tolerance policy for cannabis smoking on the MADRID property. Any guest caught smoking marijuana will be asked to leave upon their first offence, enforcing a strict zero tolerance policy.
