Enjoy a relaxing Jersey Shore getaway in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in Seapointe Village, a premier oceanfront resort community in Diamond Beach.
Just steps from Seapointe’s private beach, this condo offers ocean views from the balcony, a bright and comfortable living space, Smart TVs, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and one included parking space. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor grills, and nearby biking paths.
The Space
This clean and well-maintained condo is ideal for a beach vacation with family or close friends. The bedroom features a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The living room includes a large L-shaped sleeper sofa, and both the bedroom and living room have access to the balcony.

The balcony is airy and relaxing, with a side view of the ocean. It is a wonderful spot for morning coffee, breakfast, or unwinding after a day at the beach.
The building has three elevators, and this condo is located in one of the most convenient buildings for beach access. The first-floor exit leads directly toward the beach gate and the Rainbow Pool, a large outdoor family pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so guests only need to bring groceries. ACME, Walmart, restaurants, and local shops are a short drive away.

-Outdoor grilling areas during the summer season

One included parking space

Check-in and check-out are contactless. The condo has an electronic front-door lock, and guests will receive a four-digit access code before arrival.
Important Booking Details

A 7-night minimum stay is required during peak season, July and August. Please message us with any special requests.

After booking, guests will be asked to complete a standard short-term rental agreement. Guest names, full address, and proof of identification, such as a driver’s license, are required.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property. No outside visitors are allowed at any time, including short visits, day visits, or overnight stays.

What Guests Should Bring
-Bath towels are provided. Guests should bring:
-Groceries
-Paper towels and toilet paper beyond the starter supply
-Bed linens, including pillowcases and sheets for queen-size beds
-Beach chairs and beach equipment
-Cribs, strollers, or baby items if needed

House Rules
-No pets are allowed, except in rare cases with prior approval and an additional fee.
-Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
-One parking space is included for paid guests only.
-A Blink camera is installed outside the condo facing the public corridor.
Cleaning Standards
-The condo is professionally cleaned before each guest arrival. Surfaces and high-touch areas are disinfected, carpets and upholstery are regularly cleaned, and the unit is maintained with care so guests can feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, stain removal, trash left behind, food left in the refrigerator, greasy appliances, or unusually dirty bathrooms.
