Once inside the home, you will notice a hallway layout leading into a spacious open concept floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with access to the balcony. Positioned at the rear of the home are the three bedrooms, hallway bathroom, hot-water heater closet, and utility closet with stacked washer/dryer. The northern suite is currently furnished with a queen sized bed and the bathroom includes a combination tub / shower. The first southern bedroom is currently furnished with a queen sized and the second southern bedroom has a pyramid bed. Each of the bedrooms has a mounted flat screen television. Flooring throughout the length of the home includes an attractive maple hardwood in the hallway, living area, and dining area with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The expansive balcony offers ocean views and a great space for Summer nights. The kitchen comes complete with black laminate countertops, breakfast bar, gas range and oven with overhead microwave, and a full-sized stainless-steel Frigidaire brand refrigerator.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
