What you’ll find on the first floor: Stepping inside the front door of this gorgeous and spacious home is the lower living room. On your way to the kitchen is a convenient powder room. Next up is a fully equipped open gourmet kitchen with an island for large family gatherings. Tons of prep space and seating for 4 while they enjoy watching the chef cook or just to enjoy appetizers and a glass of wine. The adjoining dining area has a large table with seating for 8. Experience the cozy linear fireplace during board game nights in the dining room. Just outside the dining room is the covered outdoor patio with dining table seating and BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced with lounge seating for 8 people and a cozy propane gas fire pit. The entertainment game room garage is accessible through the kitchen.
