„To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. „When we entered the house we noticed the sticky floor, the very old and beaten furniture, and the dampness smell. We even cleaned the floor and started the dishwasher before our friends arrived. Then we heard sounds coming from a door, I opened it and the sound came from a person living in a very untidy basement.
