„To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. Once in the sliding patio door, you are greeted by vinyl plank flooring with no rugs, so the snow and ice on your shoes melts and runs all over the floor. Now for the ...
