-This is an multi-unit apartment with a mixture of short term and long term rentals. This specific unit is located on the first floor.

-Neighboring noises are to be expected as well as occasional traffic noises.

-We provide smart TV's however you will need to sign in to your streaming services.

-You can expect to run into other guests and residents in common areas (hallways and stairways) and exterior areas.

-Outdoor amenities are shared between all units (fire pit, outdoor seating, grills)

-Gated parking is for long term (leased) tenants only. Airbnb guests are to park off of Greenwood St.
