Sehr empfehlenswerr
Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von dem Hotel. Zimmer und Betten hervorragend, alles perfekt sauber. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption (ich hatte mal meine keycard im Zimmer vergessen und bekam problemlos eine Ersatzkarte). Fitnessraum war prima und auch der Pool war gut. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben

Well when you first walked into the hotel there's a musty smell. There is the same smell in the room that we got. The staff members that were working there in the night were not very friendly. No "Hi how are you?" or anything like that. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. And the door to the bathroom creaked so loud like it was going to break or something. The cards that give you access into the rooms didn't even work. They had to reprogram the card. And it still did not work. The gym in the hotel only had one machine and it did not even work, the swimming pool was decent. The breakfast was okay.. you get what you pay for. The area is safe and it's well lit and in a good location. But I guess if those things are not a problem for you go right on ahead. It is pet friendly, so that was good. I won't stay here again.

The lobby area was clean and welcoming. Someone came to the desk within seconds of us walking in which was nice not to have to wait since we have 3 antsy kids in tow. Our room was very close to all the amenities which I appreciate with having kids. The room: It was surprisingly spacious which was absolutely needed and appreciated. The room was very clean. A random pro I liked was the window slid open with a screen so we could have fresh air. Amenities: The pool was small. The size of the pool doesn’t matter if you’re in there with just you/your family, but once other guests join, it gets far too crowded. The temperature of the pool was also on the cold side for being a heated pool. The breakfast was amazing for it being included. They had cold options every morning which included multiple cereal choices, muffins, bagels and pastries. They also had a make your own waffle station. They had hot options that changed. Which, for us, was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns one day and then cheese egg omelets and biscuits and gravy. I cannot rave enough about the woman who ran the breakfast. She made sure things that were running low were refilled. One morning when we walked in with our kids, she changed the tv from the news to Bluey. It was a sweet gesture. The customer service was great. Our kids soaked all our bath towels so we had to call down for more and within in 30 seconds of calling (no joke) they had more at our door. I just cannot thank everyone enough.

We stayed in a king suite which was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located a short drive from the airport, but no stores or restaurants nearby. Nothing fancy, but a clean and safe hotel that's appropriately priced. Could do much more in the way of environmentally friendly practices and products.

the first night was ok, breakfast fair coffee weak, second night had bed bugs and the night clerk just said they would comp us the room but did not offer another room, i had to go ask for another room and move at 1230 at night, also i am still waiting to hear from management and receive compensation for this very inconvenient moment, the staff the next morning did not seem to interested in getting us compensated lack of interest, i feel i would never stay there again

Good night in Wichita.
We have stayed here before because of the spacious rooms, location, pool and breakfast. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The area is safe with ample parking.
