„Beautiful property and well maintained. Owen responded to our questions promptly. Plenty of room for our family (adult children and toddler grandchild) with room to spare. Spent the weekend ice fishing, sledding, making snow people and great memories. Only thing that would have been better would have been catching some fish. ;) .Would definitely recommend this property.“

„To start, the communication we had with owners Will and Cindy was excellent. Their cottage is on a channel-like area of Whitestone Lake. Any boats or Jet Skis had to slow down in this area, so it was relatively quiet. The decks, stairs and dock are all quite new and well built for accessibility. Inside, the cottage is bright, clean and comfortable.There are ceiling fans in the Queen bedroom and living area. The bunky has a nice sleeping area on the main floor as well as a low ceiling sleeping ...

„Very suitable building for our group of 14. We could spread out in many bedrooms, lots of washrooms. Hot tub, sauna, and pool table were well used! Even at 3degrees and snow we swam in the lake, then hot tub. Very enjoyable weekend.“

„The views at this cottage are stunning! The updated kitchen and master bedroom made it feel like a resort! The water toys at the dock were lots of fun and the lake is great for swimming, boating, etc. The hosts (Jeff and Tina) provided a warm welcome when we arrived but you will have to find out for yourself (I won’t spoil it). We have rented cottages for years and years in the Halliburton, Parry Sound, Huntsville areas and I put this one in the top three. We will definitely be back!“

„I was overall satisfied with the stay. The only concern I had was that I wasn't informed that a change in accommodation was needed (the apartment I initially booked had water problems) until AFTER I reached out about the check-in process the day before. I received a response back on the day I was checking in, even though the problem had obviously occurred if not days, weeks beforehand and it seemed I wasn't going to be told about this until I showed up. This could have been a bigger problem ...

„The photos in the listing are not accurate. There are many carpets in this cottage, covering up badly damaged floors. The shower has several loose tiles and is covered in mold - I did not use it. The hot tub was it's saving grace. The layout of the cottage is perfect for 2 people getting away for a short trip and definitely has potential but is not, in my opinion, in any condition to be rented...certainly not for the price we paid...as a result we cut our trip short and checked out early.“
