„The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. „What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. „The surroundings are beautiful but I’m sorry to say that the cottage we stayed in was well past its “best before” date. It was clean but showing its age, and we had a number of issues:- The person at the front desk had difficulty locating the reservation I made 5 months in advance. In the end I did get my cottage but it did cause me no small amount of angst. - There were a limited number of pots for cooking; be ready to adapt (I used the BBQ a lot)- The microwave did not work - The floors were ...

„This property has everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable for my husband and I, our adult daughter, our teenage son and his friends. Right on the lake, we swam, canoed, used the kayaks, fished and sat around the fire almost every night. It’s also a bonus that it’s pet-friendly!!! Our pup LOVED it! The nights were so quiet and the stars were amazing too! Perfect week away from the noise of the GTA. “
