The Moose Creek Retreat

This state-of-the-art condo comes fully equipped with a majestic view of Whitefish Mountain Resort from the private patio. Elevator access to this single-story unit makes hauling baggage in and out a breeze and it caters to folks that have a difficult time with stairs. Modern dĂ©cor, intelligently adorned walls, and an open-concept great room built around a sleek electronic fireplace makes this condo feel clean and cozy. If the condo’s efficient layout and family friendly design isn’t enough to convince you, surely the unbeatable downtown location will.

This unit is located just three blocks from downtown Whitefish and all the amenities, shops, restaurants, and public transportation the town has to offer. Guests can book with confidence knowing that a convenient location will afford more time to experience their vacation while reducing the amount of time required to plan it. With so many things to do in close vicinity, this vacation will be one to remember!

A four-block walk will take you to the S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle stop where you can catch free rides up to Whitefish Mountain Resort. Whether you’re planning to ski, hike, or mountain bike, be sure to check the shuttle schedule as it varies by season.

The condo is located a block away from the Whitefish River Trail. Bring your preferred water vessel to the river. Put-in and paddle up to Whitefish Lake or take a half-mile walk to the City Beach via this gorgeous riverside pedestrian trail.

A stay at the property will also save the expense and hassle of finding safe and reliable transportation if you opt to have a night out on the town. At The Moose Creek Flat, the bustling Whitefish nightlife is just a few blocks away! Glacier Getaways politely requests that all guests show respect to our home and the neighbors and leave the party at the bar.

If that’s not enough to excite you, the Whitefish Lake Golf Course is located one-mile to the west; and the world renowned, Glacier National Park is just 45 minutes from your front door.

The Space:

Guests can access the unit via the elevator (or stairs) located in the covered parking area; the condo is located on the 2nd floor. Upon entry, guests will find a spacious master king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom next to the entry area. The attached master bath features heated floors and a custom steam shower that is sure to please after a long day on the ski slopes.

A walk down the entry corridor provides access to a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a laundry alcove. At the end of the entry hall the space opens to reveal a shared kitchen and living room. A queen-sized pullout sofa (high-quality and very comfortable) rests beside the contemporary gas fireplace. The kitchen sits opposite the living area and features stainless steel appliances, a large farm-style sink, and white countertops that elegantly contrast the wood tones of the surrounding cabinetry and flooring.

Both the great room and master bedroom grant access to the private patio which offers an unobstructed view of Whitefish Mountain Resort. The patio has seating for six, a propane barbeque grill, and two laptop desks with seating for those looking to work while they play.

Modern appliances and secure entrance. Push button 3R on elevator keypad takes you to 2nd floor. The convection stove must have a pan sitting on it to turn on. Just some tips to help you. Deck is nice and deer feed right below it. Take the back way thru town to miss the traffic. Enjoy

We enjoyed this condo in downtown Whitefish! There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is a beautiful condo with many luxury finishes. Heated floor in MB, extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. We felt like we were in the building by now ourselves. Very quiet! Would stay here again!

Very nice, clean condo. Easy walking distance for anything in downtown Whitefish (5 minutes tops). There is an elevator if needed. Beds are very comfy! Everything you need for making great meals. Situated 2 minutes off the river pathway for all the runners out there. Glacier Getaways (management co) was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with for this property - highly recommend them!

Great Location and Condo

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our ski trip to Whitefish. The drive to the mountain was 13 minutes. The condo has covered parking and the elevator is next to the spot, so easy access to and from the unit. The condo was very clean and comfy. We loved the fireplace after a ski day. The beds were super cozy and we loved the steam shower in the master bath. The location was perfect, we walked to dinner every night. We highly recommend this condo!

New building, well located

This unit is conveniently located in Whitefish near restaurants and shops. A Whitefish River is only a couple blocks away. We received directions, parking instructions, access codes, and other information well ahead of our arrival and everything worked seamlessly. The unit looked was like new and most everything worked as expected. The outdoor patio is large and comfortable, although it unfortunately looks right into the backyard of the neighboring property, which I believe is also a short-term rental. The appliances are brand new, the beds are comfortable (the pillows need a break in), and the building was quiet. Highly recommend for a small group or family stay.

Clean and Easy

I got several emails from the property owners who were super available, texted me when the property was ready and were generally friendly and available. The unit was CLEAN (can't see that in the pictures), everything was nice, new and functional. Easy walking distance to the downtown area. Doors are all coded so we didn't have to mess with figuring out who had the key. I can't point to one single thing I would have changed. I'd stay there again without hesitation.
