I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed ...

„The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.“
