i really liked the property boss/manager, from the moment i walked in to the moment i left he was so polite & overall very welcoming.. five stars for the price & comfort i had in the room, loved my nice soak in the spa tub & heating in the room was perfect! My third time staying there and it was AMAZINGG.. had such a peaceful night with my little family. will be back again soon! Deziah 😊

Our go to hotel always. Beautiful host and staff, our room was very tidy on arrival as it always is, and was tidied very well during our stay. Love the peace and quiet and the main attraction a relaxing spa tub fit for a king at the end of the day. Thank you for a pleasant stay Livingston.

The property was in an excellent condition. The service was 2nd to none, cleaned and serviced every day. TV was also good. The whole suite very spacious and the staff very welcoming.

Great place to stay. Eddie’s welcome was warm and friendly. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Amenities were fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to other families.

The host is so friendly and accommodating. Really felt welcome. The cleanest motel I've ever stayed in! Rooms have everything you need and private pools are a great bonus especially with kids. We will definitely be back again

Standard motel with great service. There's a jacuzzi in the room. :) Big apartment with AC. Room is not soundproof - every little noise from the next room is heard.

The spacious unit, own spa pool, sky tv, the owner was very pleasant and welcoming and really informative, the cleaners were also pleasant. Nice clean rooms fully found especially when most of Whakatane motels were all booked out😊 we will be back☝🙌

The owner was lovely He gave clear instructions & allowed us to check in an hour & half earlier with no extra charge to suit a birthday we were going to which was during the day & not at night as we had thought The big spa was lovely The only thing is the units are not sound proof so could hear those next door to us 10 out of 10 for us

Whakatane Wifi needs upgrade
This is the second time in a couple of months that we've been here. Bed is comfortable, as is spa tub - awesome. Only problem I had was the stability of the wifi because I had an online class which started to go in and out. Kei te pai, managed to sit in on the whole class but will probably need to go back to the recorded version to fill the gaps.

The man at reception was really lovely. The rooms are spacious, comfy bed and easy access. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning as the cleanliness really let them down….not going into detail as I did discuss with the man and I really hope he sorts this out.
