„Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. „We had the best sleeps in these beds!!!! The breeze through the big windows was a relief. The room was perfect for myself and 2 boys, spacious and everything we needed!!! Breakfast was delicious, the Yorkshire tea brewed in a pot was perfect. Lorraine and Simon are lovely hosts, I would definitely recommend the guest house to my friends. “

„Maple Bank is a gem of a place. Super location literally 100 yards from a bus stop, which has an hourly bus right through to midnight, with a £2 fare cap! „We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic. We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. “

"Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle, von Außen steht ein Baugerüst, das Dach und einige Zimmer werden erneuert! Leider kam uns das Hotel keiner Weise entgegen trotzdem ein Mitarbeiter von Expedia hier angerufen hat ( anderes Zimmer oder Preisnachlass). Zimmer sind aber ok, teilweise schon renoviert. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super , Essen relativ teuer! 😒"
