As you booked through Expedia, you selected the room yourself-however I wish you would have mentioned wanting a second floor room, I would have been happy to make that change for you. We do have staff onsite each day as well as we are available via messaging and by phone from 8 am-10pm every day of the week. We hope you had a safe trip home!

I am sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, relaxing space and we understand that a good night's sleep is the most important part of staying somewhere. We do our best to turn the AC on before guests arrive to ensure the room is cool and I apologize that detail was overlooked.We are a small, family business, and improving the guest experience is important to us. We are in a continuous process of updating/improving the property as we have the ability to do so. Rest assured, we do have plans to replace the appliances as soon as we are able. Courtney, Thank you for the feedback. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for smoking or vaping of any type inside the rooms and had we known it would have been handled immediately. I am sorry to hear that your experience was impacted by this, please know we do take this seriously. Instructions on check-in/out are emailed to each guest upon booking but I will see if I can make them more visible on our website as well to avoid confusion. Our goal is to make the check-in process as easy as possible for our guests.I am happy to hear you enjoyed the location and the stars:) We hope to have you back again in the future!

Thank you for the feedback, Greg. Due to Covid, we offer a contactless check-in process and attempt to make it as seamless as possible. All of our guests receive a confirmation email explaining the process as well as an email AND text with the room code prior to check-in. We strive to offer exceptional customer service and to respond to any questions or concerns promptly. A team member is available by phone from 8 am -10pm every day as well as local staff nearby should any onsite issues arise.
