Sehr gutes Motel
Wir waren zwei Tage in Portland. Unser Zimmer lag leider sehr nahe am Seiteneingang. Ein-und Ausgehen anderer Gäste und Raucherecke. Ansonsten war alles prima.

The clerks checked someone into my room when we were staying there. On top of that, they wouldn’t refund me my hotel fees because they claim I did a no show when they gave my room away. I didn’t get my personal belongings or anything back. Very unprofessional and run down. I wouldn’t leave a piece of livestock in these rooms.

My room on the second floor was clean (sheets, towels, and plenty of hot water); however the room floor was creaky and there was a lingering odor of unpleasantness. The entire place found use a serious remodel. I will not stay here ever again. .

The rooms and mattress were awful..one of the rooms had blood on the bathroom walls...3 times three different rooms ..no breakfast left in the morning...staff was eating though ..place was filthy. Won't recommend it to anyone...learned a valuable lesson....

The rooms were a bit musty and not as clean but it was to be expected given the price range we wanted to stay in. It’s convenient driving wise and has a few malls in the area. 15-20 mins away from old port. The staff was friendly and it’s a pretty quiet motel overall. The continental breakfast was decent. Mostly bagels, oatmeal, coffee, cold cereal, a few pastries, juice, yogurt, etc. no hot continental breakfast offered here. It’s good for an easy quick stay if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to enjoy Portland Maine and isn’t extremely nit picky about cleanliness. The pool is out of order at this location.

Thank you for your response. We are trying to bring this hotel back to what it should be. It has been a challenge, but I must say that I am very proud of my staff and the hard efforts they are doing to make us a better hotel again. Sorry about the pool . It has been down since COVID. Not sure what is going to happen with that down the road;. Again thank you

I didn't likely anything about this hotel. Entrance door's were broken so that you could only go out them. Carpets were filthy. Pool was out of service. I got locked out of my room and had to go through 2 additional key cards before I could get into my room. The so called breakfast was tiney and disgusting. This place should be torn down.

Sir, I apologize for your stay here not being what you wanted. I have just come on board here as of about 3ish weeks and trying to make differences to please our guest and hold our standards back up high. Again I do apologize and hope you will give us another try down the road.

The carpet was disgusting, and I didn't want to walk on it. The check-in process was too long. However, a room for a one-night stay was more affordable than other motels in the area. There were homeless people living in the back of the property—a family living out of a tractor-trailer hitch.

This hotel was horriabe , no pool as stayed , no refrigerator in room as stayed , homeless people , smelled like pee . Barking dogs . Worst hotel ever .

Booked a non smoking room. Had to sign a waiver to say we would not smoke in the room, which was ironic as the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to go out and buy room deodorizing spray. The hallway also reeked of cigarette smoke.

It was noisy, people knocking on my door in the middle of the night, outside doors not secured, carpet in the hallways are a trip hazard, rubber on stairs is coming apart in places creating a trip hazard, there is mold around the tub, and the tub could use a grab bar (even a suction cup type bar would suffice).

Easy and fast check-in with helpful and cheerful check-in staff. Lots of parking even tho' No Vacancy. Vending machines available. Room windows open (a necessity for me these days).

The property is infested with bed bugs. The hallways and common areas smelled of smoke which we believe is due to the habits of the staff. The smoke smell travelled into our room on several occasions. The sounds of the rooms above and in the hallways could be clearly heard from inside our room.

We were there merely hours because of an early flight the next morn. For that purpose, it worked. However,there is a drop ceiling in the bathroom which creeped out my significant other. And, one of those panels showed evidence of an H2O stain. There were chips taken out of the toilet lid, the dresser and the desk. The bed sagged significantly on the right side. The person at the front desk checking me in was talking to her co-worker nearly the entire time, like I was not there.She told me it was a no smoking facility. Either that is not enforced or it was a smoking property for years and the smell remains, but it smelle A LOT of marinuana and tobacco.

There is no microwave or mini fridge in the room and even after prepaying need a credit card for them to do a $100 dollar hold until after housekeeping has checked the room

When I went in the room it was smelly and there was something on it that the cleaner could not get off. I would not recommend them at all. When I tried to cancel after being there for 10mins the front desk girl Emma said it wouldnt be a problem but then she called her manager said I couldnt cancel. Very unsatisfied.

I’m not a negative person. Usually look on the bright side of things … but oh boy. I think this hotel also houses permanent occupants, or so it seemed when walking to the room. The floor was dirty and smelly. We purchased a sachet kind of thing and sprinkled it in our room. The box springs were filthy … god only knows what those stains were.
