„Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station.“

„Like other people have already mentioned, there is no Hotel staff on site so you're pretty much left to your own devices. When checking in I was greeted by the restaurant’s chef who had to phone someone to come and bring the keys to my room which included a ten minute wait.
 Since the rooms are located above the restaurant, it is quite loud in the evening and late at night – especially when your room faces the street and people leave the restaurant talking loudly. I had a problem during my stay ...

Location so good, only a 3-4 minute walk to Hythe Pier and pier train and there are a good selection of shops, cafes etc also.“

„This was a lovely guesthouse, located very close (400m or so) from the cliff lift, and it was a short stroll to the old village. We were met upon our arrival by Jackie. She was very welcoming and helpful, she was amazing. The room was lovely, ours was newly decorated with a beach theme and consisted of a double room, leading onto a room with a double bed and further onto a bathroom with shower. The continental component of the breakfast had a great variety, and there was an amazing cooked ...

„Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit vielen Infos (Restaurants, was man so tun kann etc.) versorgt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit modernem Bad, aber leider supermini. Es war schwierig, für unseren beiden Koffer einen Platz zu finden und dann trotzdem noch um das Bett herum einen Weg frei zu haben, um ins Bad gehen zu können. Für einen Zwischenstop auf einer Rundreise war es voll in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sollte man sich vorher erkundigen, da es für ca. 5 £ mehr auch ...
