„Lovely home with a very friendly family atmosphere. The property was beautiful with horses, chickens, sheep, dogs and cats and a river flowing along the property. "Dad" made a large fire at night down by the river. It was so peaceful. There were many educational activities available: Falconry, gun handling, and safety, crafts and so much more. The bedroom was very clean but small and had a shared bath which made it cozy and homey. We totally enjoyed our stay.“

„My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and had a lovely view from the main deck. What really made this house amazing was our hostess, Annie. She was very accommodating. Our breakfast was outstanding. Annie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the best places to visit and eat. The house has a couple decks that could use some updating and a vine was well on its way to choking out a beautiful large tree near the main deck. Take note that if you’re planning on renting ...

„Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. “
