When we arrived at the property the hotel was shutdown without even communicating with us. This place is a dump do not book!

When checking in, they asked for my friends ID too, which i have never had to deal with. Front desk lady appeared to be on " something" ,seemed like something was off. The room temp was 74, luckily they bought a fan. Refrig was off and full of water, all the lamps were unplugged. If you have reservations. Please make sure the room is ready to go.

The room was run down, the shower sprayed water all over the place. The walls need to be painted. There was a strange odor in the hallways.

The bed was low to the ground and hard the pillows were like rocks. Every time a toilet flushed ours ran. The volume on the tv kept going up and down. The tiles in the shower were falling off. The ice and vending machines were all out of order and the free breakfast was not being served. There was a wrecked car in the parking lot and the whole building was cold very disappointed

Well located fjust across the street from the Big E. However the google map attached to the Epedia website showed the motel location further out Route 147. took us a half-hour to find the motel.

The property was very dirty. The worker or owner was not there at night which is ok but when a customer needs something and they are very rude when you call the phone number listed that is not acceptable. I thought they had a continental breakfast. NOPE. Which is fine we were already planning on going somewhere else to eat however there was not even any coffee. We would never stay there again and would not recommend this to anyone.

This hotel should be closed,the first room they gave me was not even cleaned from the previous guest and then they give us a different room and there was water coming out from the bathroom ceiling I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy if I were you book somewhere else. The manager said he didn’t give a f**** about us and told us just to leave this place is gross!!!

We booked here because it was within walking distance to the big E. The property was run down. The furniture was missing draw pulls, the edges of the furniture were missing the edge pieces, the curtains were so old the the rubber lining was cracked and peeling, and there was mold around the tub. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room but no coffee maker and no breakfast as advertised. The front desk person said the town hasn’t allowed them to serve breakfast.because of Covid. If I had known I would have come with food because there really isn’t any place close by to buy food. The tv was new and the bed was not too bad. I’d say there has been many years of neglect of the facilities.

Room was dirty and Musty smelling. Half the electrical outlets did not work. The tv turned on but had no service. For breakfast all they put out was packages of peanut butter crackers you can buy at the dollar store.

Property needs maintenance upgrades almost everywhere. The hotel smells terribly. The area is not safe, pawn shop and 24 hour liquor store / vape shop are the closest businesses to the hotel and only a few steps away. Electronic key access to several of the doors has been disabled.

It was gross honestly. And there was NO mention of a pool in the process of being remodeled and we were given a room with only a “poolside” view…when we opened the curtain, a literal pile of garbage was in front of the window. It was almost comedic….but truly ridiculous that we paid $110 for that room. The room that was assigned to us wasn’t worth even $50 in its condition and with that view. The only positive of this place was the staff who were very kind.

People were very nice. But rooms were FILTHY. I’ve never seen anything like it. Found a dirty sock from a previous guest in the room, under the door of the mini fridge there was a layer of sticky goo, and inside the fridge itself was moldy. I chose the place because it is pet friendly so it’s not surprising that it is somewhat run down. If they cleaned better I’d give it a 3.

Unprofessional Stay
When we booked the trip the website never told us the check in time or check out time so when we we went to the hotel we told them that and they said what has nothing to do with them. It is unprofessional that we never got a specific time when we booked it and I even screenshotted that we never got the time. Then we got charged extra for early check in plus we drove 2 hours at 4:30am to make it early there for them to tell us out early check in would be at 11:30am. Very Very unprofessional and a waste of money we only got to stay for 2 hours

I do hear your suggestions for improvement and I apologize if you did not feel that our housekeeping met your own standards of cleanliness, though our own standards are very high and include checking up to ensure that rooms are as clean as can be. Place was a dump. Really shabby. Looked like there was No money invested back into property for upkeep.

It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cig smoke (fire alarm had a bag over it). Window was cracked/broken, desk chair was ripped apart, carpet was stained and torn up, tissue paper was not stocked, lamp light bulbs were dead, etc. Gross! Never staying there again!

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
