„We loved the charming home in the quaint village of Grafton. The house was super clean & the beds were very comfortable!“

„The house was perfect for my family. Each family with small children had their own space. There was plenty of room to spread out and just enjoy our time together. We did a couple of excursions to Hapgood Lake and Pike Falls which were both close by. Otherwise, we spent the day by the pond and yard. It was fun pointing out all the wildlife with the youngster. A lovely place to make memories.“

„We had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. We would highly recommended this property to anyone interested in staying close to Keene but not actually in town. The only issue was our vacation was to short, but I'm sure anyone who has stayed here feels the exact same way. Our hosts were very responsive and any issues we had were taken care of same day, and our 1 issue was just trash pick up.“

„The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all.
