I stay at a LaQuinta in Orlando close to Sea World and the property and service was wonderful so I thought this property would be good. I was shocked by the state of the hotel. My visit started going down hill from the check in desk. The young man who checked us in needs retraining. He did a terrible job. The property is badly in need of renovation. Dirty carpets in the hallway and room. The restroom was not cleaned with hair on the floor. The shower curtain was tattered. The tub looked like patch work. Come on LaQuinta this standard is unacceptable! When I called to ask if I can move from this room. The clerk said no rooms were available but online there were rooms available. Enough to say, I spent the night in turmoil.

First complaint was when we checked in they gave us a key card of someone else's room. The next complaint is we went out came back our room door was open we did not get new towels they did not change our sheets they didn't take out the garbage. Worst day that we ever experience.

The elevator was surprisingly dirty. It looked like it had not been swept in a week or 2. Both elevator cars. I did not like how the room was designed. In particular, the sink was separate from the bathroom. So after using the bathroom, I had to come out and wash my hands. First hotel I've seen that design. Me and my lady did not like that. Also, we wish we had a king-size bed.

I picked La Quinta Inn because my flight arrived at PBI at 11:15 pm, which was too late to pick up a rental car, so I took an Uber to the hotel. On its website, one of the amenities listed is "Free Airport Shuttle" which is what I wanted so I could return to the airport the following morning to pick up my rental car. Imagine my surprise when I went to the front desk the next morning to schedule a shuttle and was told that the shuttle doesn't operate on weekends (see photo). So I ended up having to pay for an Uber to take me back to the airport. Not a great way to start my day. Besides the missing shuttle, the room was clean but it was worn out. In the entryway, the wood floor was extra scratched and looks like it hadn't been refinished since when Clinton was president. The same with the bathroom door which was missing varnish in quite a few places. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were outstanding and provided a very high level of customer service

Room 303 door was chipped and in need of urgent repair. Met a broken toilet seat, telephoned the front desk twice but no maintenance was done. The microwave break down, after 2 days no one came to check it out. It appears that the staff there just didn’t care.

I stayed at the one on palm beach lakes. I recorded a video of a roach crawling on the bed. We ended up checking out early be of this. Made every uncomfortable and creeped out. I was so disgusted. The place also had a weird smell like bad plumbing in the building. I would never stay here again. 254

Cleaning people forgot to take the trash out of the room when I first checked it. There was a big lizard in the bathroom. And had random guests walk in our hotel room in the morning. Overall, place was very unprofessional. Wasn’t very pleased with the stay.

Listed as Airport hotel with ride to/from airport. Bout only tell you when you call fr ride that its from 10:30 am-5pm weekdays. Staff also are a bit unfriendly. Very rundown. I've never left a really negative review before in my life.

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the same night. The front doors did not close, so anyone could gain access to the building.
