Where do I begin, I arrived on 5/18/24 to stay until 5/20/24. I arrived a little earlier, so they gave me the room that was available, not the one that I Actually paid for. It was on the 11th floor, Once I get there I tried to call from the room to let them know I did not have the right room. Well, the phone did not work, so I have to go back to the lobby with my bag to check, they said that was the only room available, so OK I sucked it up. Then the room AC wasn’t working right, the lights in the bathroom were flickering all night. Oh,and they did not have Restaurant, or room service, which they advertised as having because they are remodeling, (Which apparently has been going on for over a year now), so then I ask where I can get food, they directed me to a WAWA. Needless to say I had to Uber/Lyft to get some real food. The next day I was going to Iron my clothes and the Iron didn’t work, so I went back down to the lobby to inform them, they said they will send a new one with housekeeping, who I ran into on the elevator and took the Iron, Well, guess what? that Iron did not work. I went to the hallway a found a housekeeper and asked to provided me a 3rd Iron, thank god that one worked. Next, no Ice machines for drinks, no Microwave in the room to heat up the food I brought outside, very frustrating. On my last night I came back to the hotel, took the elevator to the 11th to find my key had been deactivated and had to go to the lobby, the staff was rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
